After your purchase please reply back to Geisha via email through the last email reply you have recieved from her when you had purchased your prior reading (This email should have prior conversations included from within the week of original purchase to prove legitmacy of previous purchase) with the following:

TIME FRAME OF E-MAIL DELIVERY

Follow-up questions will be replied to within 24 hours. Follow-up question window periods are open up to 1 week from original follow-up email reading delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised it takes time and energy to do these readings.These readings are delivered within 1-2 days, most often you will recieve your reading same day.Which is why there is a short grace period for cancellation.If you decided to cancel your purchased reading you have a 2 HOUR GRACE PERIOD from the time of purchase to request a full refund via e-mail or contact form.If it is past the 2 hour grace period you will incur a $5 CANCELLATION FEE.If you cancel after the reading is already delivered via e-mail you will forfeit your refund 100%.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

I reserve the right to deny anyone of my services if any questions are deemed inappropriate. In this event, a full refund may be applied to question-based readings,separately purchased follow-up questions, or a partial refund for any follow-up questions that are included with general readings that are deemed inappropriate.If the following does not occur in terms of the CANCELLATION,REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICIES there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES,ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.
