White Sage (4inch)

This "4" inch White Sage is used for purification of negative energy in your space or from yourself. It improves mood and intuition. It's also said to help connect to the spiritual realm. Another benefit with white sage is that it removes bacteria in the air and repels insects. You can also use white sage to cleanse objects or spiritual tools that may have negative energy attached to it.   

HOW TO USE

Light the tip of the white sage. Hold the sage above or inside a fireproof material such as a resin burner, incense burner, cauldron, or abalone shell. Have all your windows open so the smoke can escape.Start from the back of the house then work your way to the front of your house. As you are moving around the house holding your sage stick state your intention. For example-"With this white sage I remove all evil and negative energy from my home as it is not longer welcome". Also with white sage you can smudge objects & people with its smoke. When you are done you can wet just the tip of the stick with water.Make sure it is no longer lit & let it dry in open air for a few hours then place it back into the packet for preservation.
